General
Commissioned works are strictly for non-commercial use unless stated otherwise.
Artist has the right to refuse a commission without explanation.
Artist retains full copyright to the artwork and is allowed to publicly display, share, present works in social media as commission/portfolio samples, but may not use it for any means of reproduction.
Clients can choose to be tagged in uploaded commission works unless they wish to remain anonymous.
Do not alter the artwork in any shape or form without permission, nor take credit for it. Once caught, client will automatically be blacklisted and lose all rights to their commissioned work, giving the artist freedom to reproduce/sell the artwork.
Any ill behavior towards the artist won't be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the client's Commission as well as a percentage of refund depending on the completion rate of the artwork.
Deadlines
First come first serve basis.
Turnaround time takes anywhere between one week up to one month maximum, this may vary according to: number of commissions currently handled, health, and technical issues. Artist will immediately notify clients about the expected time frames for their commission if ever an issue occurs.
No rush commissions.
Payment
Work will start once client has paid 50% upfront.
Payments are through PayPal & Gcash only.
Cancellation/Refund
Refunds will not be entertained once payment has been received, however, the client may opt to discontinue or cancel the commission at any time, but any payment done previously shall be retained by the artist as labor fee.
In the event that the artist cancels the commission, it will be refunded to the client in full.
Process
Prices may vary based on complexity of design.
Visual references and descriptions are preferable, but are not required. Other aspects such as: pose, expression, lighting, etc. Can be specified or left up to the artist's discretion.
Progress shots will be sent at client's request and if the artist has particular concerns about the artwork.
Corrections and adjustments can be made during the initial sketch process only, an additional charge of $5 will apply for follow up revisions more than 2 times (cost will vary from minor to major revisions).
Errors made by the artist, i.e., wrong color, missing accessories, and etc. that were otherwise stated in a reference material or description, are free of charge.
Commercial use
Rate for commercial use is thrice the total amount of the commission, client gains full copyright of the artwork.
